  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I stopped into this location last week looking to upgrade. The representative that working was Chen. He was the only one in the store. I was required to pay a balance of $171 to become eligible to upgrade and I was fine with that. However, I was NOT fine with being charged $602 thanks to Chen. He was not paying attention and obviously has NO idea what he is doing. As he sat in his chair twiddling his thumbs I HAD TO CALL VERIZON CORPORATE MYSELF and get the issue resolved while he played on his phone. He didn't do a thing. I am extremely stressed, disappointed and disgusted with the customer service at this location and I can promise you I will not step foot in this Verizon Retailer EVER again. Maybe next time, learn how to properly train your employees before leaving them to work on their own without management around.
